I can’t say enough good things about Collision Specialists Inc. Everytime I have come into their shop on West Grant Rd. they have taken care of my car (2010 Honda Insight) body problems promptly and courteously and if a minor fix they have not even charged me. Even offered me of piece of their pizza. All totally unexpectedly! When asked why, Richard said that that was the way he would expect others to treat him. In this day and age a truly good person! A rare commodity! John, his assistant, was the same.And I love their loyal companions from the tiny old chihuahua to the silver lab and the Weimaraner, lovely dogs. Let me first say that there is enough stars to even begin to say how amazing this shop is. This was the best car service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did they do a jaw dropping job on my truck. They went out of there way to help me in a situation that they didn’t have to help. First, I went to them because someone recommended Rich and his company to me. My whole truck was keyed and needed a new paint job. Other people that I went to while searching was just very blah, only wanting to take care of the scratches. When I met with Rich he gave me in detail what needed to be done. I could just hear in his voice he took passion in his work and wanted to please every customer. I left feeling like I knew my truck would be in good hands. I requested to have my truck ready on a certain day because I needed my truck for my son’s birthday party and they had it done on that exact day. When I went to go pick it up I was blown away with the beautiful job Rich and his crew did. Amazing!!!!! My first stop was to go get the inside detailed because it was pretty bad. Without even asking they had it already done! As I drove it off the lot getting ready for a busy rest of my day, my breaks go out getting off the freeway. Mind you this was not their fault or their problem. Two weeks prior to dropping off my truck to Rich I got my breaks done by another company in which was the cause. I didn’t know what to do so I called Rich. Again, not their problem but Rich sends one of his guys out to come get me (Johnny). Johnny found the problem, called for a part and by the time we got back to the shop the part had arrived. Johnny replaced the part in about 40mins on his day off. No other shop would have done that. Even my break shop that I called couldn’t even get me in or had zero concern. From the first day that I walked into the shop the guys were so welcoming. I was so stressed because if I was going to be without a truck I would have had no way to finish planning for my son’s party. They did not have to take care of my situation the way that they did but they did out of kindness. They literally saved my life. There are no words how grateful I am for everything that they have done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Your shop is amazing and overall just great people. You guys deserve every star you can possibly get!!

Richard showed an abundant amount of respect, knowledge, and care for my vehicle when I brought it in. I went to multiple collision repairs shops around town that had good reviews. Some were less expensive that Richard at Collision Specialist, some 2x as much as his quote. But the one thing they didn’t have which was crucial to my decision was an understanding of my current situation and what I wanted to get out of the repair. He did a phenomenal job on the car and it seemed like he really cared. Any close friends and family that I know that need body work done will be going to Richard in the future.

Had the pleasure to work with Richard and his team. My car had a dent on my bumper, broken grill and a few scratches.They did a great job on fixing it, matching the colours and making sure that bumper is properly fixed. Richard also helped me deal with the insurance claim and made sure I got all needed parts. Besides fixing the bumper he also smoked my headlights at a very reasonable price.Communication was great, he and his team are very professional people with great attitudes.
